2022-04-22 CBAR Newsflash April 2022

Dear Valued CBAR Clients
Please ensure that you test your alarm as soon as possible to avoid any unforeseen issues prior to your departure should you be taking a well-deserved holiday break.
Please contact our Monitoring Centre, preferably between 09h00 and 15h00, to test your alarm.
CBAR is yet again experiencing a high volume of “Low Battery Signals” due to the persistent load shedding. Should you see any trouble conditions on your alarm system, it could be due to a faulty battery. A low battery voltage could result in your alarm not triggering a radio signal to our Monitoring Centre.
Please do not hesitate to contact Colin at City Bowl Armed Response on 0860 15 15 15 or colin@citybowlsecurity.co.za for technical support or to schedule a battery load test.
Should you be out of Town, kindly entrust an alternative contactable keyholder who will be able to give CBAR Officers access to your premises, if required. E-mail these contact details to customerservice@cbar.co.za
We wish you all a wonderful and safe long weekend.
